Registration for the 2017 Forum will begin in mid-August.
Arrival and Departure Dates
Please note that that the conference cost covers your hotel Saturday through Thursday morning (and meals from Saturday dinner through Thursday lunch). If you choose to arrive early or depart late, you will need to make additional arrangements. We are happy to provide accomodations for Friday, 19 May at the cost of 60 euros at the double room rate or 80 euros at the single room rate. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can reserve you a room the extra night. You will also need to prepay this added cost.
Since the conference takes place in Poland, most Europeans will not need visas to attend. Please visit this link for information about which countries do NOT need visas to enter Poland. (We will work with applicants from these countries in securing visas).
TRAVELLING TO WISŁA BY FORUM AIRPORT SHUTTLE
The Forum will provide an airport shuttle from the Krakow Airport and from the Katowice Airport to Wisła. The shuttle will run on 19 and 20 May during the hours of 8.00 - 21.00. If your flight arrives outside of the shuttle hours (after 21.00), you can get a taxi upon arrival at the airport (see more info above). The early registration rate of the Forum shuttle is 40 euros one way (80 euros round trip). After Friday, 7 April the rate for the Forum Shuttle will be 50 euros one way (100 euros round trip).

TRAVELLING TO WISŁA BY AUTOMOBILE
If you are travelling to Wisła by car, you need to go to the Gołębiewski Hotel in southern Poland. The European Leadership Forum's administrative team will be registering all Forum participants beginning on Friday, 19 May. (Please keep in mind the note about arrival and depature dates above.)

TRAVELLING TO WISŁA BY TAXI
Taxis are can be found upon arrival at both the Krakow and Katowice airports. A taxi from either airport to Wisła will cost between 95-130 euros one way and the trip will take 2 hours from ether airport.
Katowice Airport - The taxi stand is situated at the entry into Terminals A and B. The Airport Taxi Service office is on the ground floor in Terminal B. You can get a taxi upon arrival or make an online reservation here.
Krakow Airport - Krakow Airport Taxi ranks are located in front of both terminals. You can get a taxi upon arrival or make an online reservation here.
TRAVELLING TO WISŁA BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
If travelling to Wisła by train, please note that the main train station is named Wisła Uzdrowisko. This station (marked A on the map below) is at the centre of town, approximately 1.3 kilometers from the Gołębiewski Hotel (marked B on the map below).

Public Transportation from Katowice to Wisła by Bus
If you land at the Pyrzowice Airport, you have to take a bus from the airport to Katowice city centre. From Katowice city centre you can take a bus to Wisła (Drabas is the name of the bus company) at 8:00, 10:05, 14:10 and 16:50. The bus stop in Wisła is next to the main railway station at the centre of town.
Public Transportation from Katowice to Wisła by Train
If you land at the Pyrzowice Airport, you have to take a bus from the airport to Katowice city centre. From Katowice city centre you can take a train to Wisła (Koleje Śląskie is the name of the train company) from the main railway station in Katowice (it is about 400 meters from the bus station) at 06:48, 07:40, 08:54, 12:46, 14:05, 16:05 and 19:56. Public Transportation from Krakow to Wisła by Bus
If you land at the Krakow Airport, you have to take a bus from the airport to Krakow city centre. From Krakow city centre you can take a bus to Wisła. Buses from Krakow to Wisła run at 5.30 a.m. every day and at 13.20 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The bus stop in Wisła is next to the main railway station at the centre of town.
Public Transportation from Krakow to Wisła by Train
If you land at the Krakow Airport, you have to take a bus from the airport to Krakow city centre. From Krakow city centre you can take a train to Wisła. However, you cannot travel from Krakow to Wisła without first changing trains in Katowice. Visit this link for a full timetable of train connections in Poland.
