How to Get Published: Some Guidelines for the Perplexed
The digital revolution of the past 20 years has hugely increased the opportunity for writers to be published in a variety of formats and media. Far from being the end of the book, the number of books published has massively increased and is now being given wider readership than ever through electronic as well as traditional paper formats. The purpose of this workshop is to encourage and give practical help to those contemplating writing for publication and renew the focus of those who have already made a start. It will help you clarify the readership you are targeting. It will also provide a number of helpful disciplines and methods that will enable you to develop your writing. It will offer guidelines on finding and working with a publisher. Finally, it will reflect upon Biblical encouragements (and warnings) for all who hope to be effective writers.
