How to Turn a Denomination into a Church-Planting Movement

In the last four years the Baptist Union in Latvia has started their Baltic Pastoral Institute (BPI) to train young leaders in church planting and pastoral leadership. Within the last two 2 years, 20 church planting teams with around 100-120 participants have been trained. Many young Latvians are raised into leadership and church planting. How could this happen in a traditional declining denomination? What are the dynamics involved in such a change in processes? These are some of the questions that will be addressed and pondered in this session.
