Youth Ministry Mentoring

YOUTH MINISTRY MENTORING

Youth culture. Perhaps no other sector of society more deeply evidences the shrinking of the world.  Today’s tweens, teens and young adults have grown up not merely as members of their respective nations but as citizens of a global community. Along with this shifting mentality come unique challenges which only add to the expected complexities of evangelizing and discipling the next generation. The task is immense—both in its demands and potential impact.  Youth are not merely parenthetical to God’s work but a central feature; they are integral to the future of the church.  How can we mentor the next generation of national and global Christian leaders?  How do we hurdle the generational gap between ourselves and the youth we are trying to reach?  How should we respond to the ever evolving demands of youth ministry in an increasingly globalized world?  What new strategies (if any) does the changing world demand from youth ministers? If you have considered questions like these or if you’d like advice for a particular issue in your own youth ministry then we’d suggest that you consider Youth Ministry Mentoring. This type of mentoring is designed to encourage youth ministers, while offering them some of the tools they need to impact the church of tomorrow.
