ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP MENTORING

Starting a new organisation and moving it through the early stages of growth can be a daunting task for anyone, even those with leadership experience.  Some have great ideas but lack the confidence to move them beyond the vision.

What key issues should be considered before getting started in order to avoid failure?  What skill sets are needed to get a new organisation off the ground?  Are you the right person to lead the organisation? What aspects of business best practice can be used in a Christian organisation, and how do you ensure that the organisation is run by Christian principles?

Forum Entrepreneurial Leadership Mentoring provides an opportunity to discuss these issues and other personal concerns that you may have with an experienced entrepreneur.
