2017 European Leaders of Christian Organisations Network:
The goal of the Leaders of Christian Organisations Network: Year-Round Mentoring Track is to provide 12 hand-picked leaders training and personal mentoring. Through a combination of lecture and sustained group interaction, the leaders will gain practical wisdom and training that will enable them to:
Grow their abilities as executive leaders
Assess their organisation for potential weaknesses
Develop a clear vision of their organisation’s future
Strengthen their fundraising skills
Put the right team in place
Participants should be senior leaders in their respective organisations who have a deep desire to grow into their full potential and are eager to be mentored by Bobb Biehl and other senior leaders and mutually mentored by other members of the group.
