2010 PRE/POST-FORUM SEMINARS

See below for the 2010 Pre- and Post-Forum Seminars.

All Forum participants are strongly encouraged to come early to the Forum and participate in the Pre-Forum Seminars, which occur from 12.30 to 17.30 on Saturday, 22 May. All participants are also encouraged to attend the Post-Forum Seminars, which occur from 8.45 to 12.30 on Thursday, 27 May.

If you are flying into Budapest, please plan your travel arrangements accordingly to accommodate for the travel time from Budapest to Eger (travel time can be as long as two hours). Ideally, this means arriving in Budapest by 10.00 or sooner on Saturday, 22 May.

Ferihegy Airport in Budapest to Eger will be provided all day on Friday, 21 May for a fee of 40 euros.  For an additional 60 euros for a double room (or 80 euros for a single room), we will provide hotel accommodations once the participant arrives in Eger. Please be aware that food expenses will not be provided during the Pre or Post Forum Seminars. Food coverage begins with dinner on 22 May.

If you would like hotel accommodations for Friday, 21 May, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reserve your room for the extra night. You will need to prepay for the extra night's accommodations.
