Because we realise that arriving early Saturday morning may not be a possiblity for some participants,  we have made special arrangements for participants who would like to arrive in Eger on Friday, 21 May.

Transport by bus from Ferihegy Airport in Budapest to Eger will be provided all day on Friday, 21 May for a fee of 40 euros.  For an additional 60 euros for a double room (or 80 euros for a single room), we will provide hotel accommodations once the participant arrives in Eger. Please be aware that food expenses will not be provided during the Pre or Post Forum Seminars. Food coverage begins with dinner on 22 May.

If you would like hotel accommodations for Friday, 21 May, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reserve your room for the extra night. You will need to prepay for the extra night's accommodations.
