General Registration Rates
The Forum fee includes the cost of the hotel from Saturday through Thursday, three meals per day and all conference costs. All Forum applicants are responsible for their own travel costs.

Scholarship Registration Rates
A limited number of scholarships are available for participants from Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece). Funds for scholarships are limited and we cannot guarantee whether an applicant will receive one or not. There is a portion of the Forum Application Form dedicated to scholarships. In order to apply for a scholarship an applicant will need to fill out this portion of the application. Please be advised that each person receiving a scholarship will still need to pay 150 euros towards conference fees, as well as their own travel expenses.

Please note that scholarship applicants in need of visas to enter Hungary must also apply by 9 April, due to the amount of time it can take to secure a visa. For more information about countries that need visas to enter Hungary, visit here.
Bus Fare
If you are arriving to the Forum on 18 or 19 May, you can take the bus from the Budapest airport that the European Leadership Forum has arranged. You can sign up for this service in the spring.
